Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BSAJ LUXURY HAIR! We appreciate your business and strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that all our wig units are custom-made to meet each customer's specific needs and preferences, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on our wigs.

Our Hair extension bundles (raw and virgin) are eligible for returns but must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE that only the price of the product will be eligible for a refund if approved. Shipping costs can not be refunded and we will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when shipping the item back to us.

Upon receipt the product, it will be inspected to determine if it meets our return policy criteria. If the product is approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and will take 5-10 working days to reflect on your original payment method.

We understand that customer satisfaction is essential, and we strive to address any concerns or issues you may have with your order. If you encounter any problems with your order, or if you receive a wrong item please contact our customer service team at info@bsajluxuryhair.com, and we will happily exchange the item as long as it hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging, we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Please note, we do not issue refunds on orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
